🎓 A Very Special Graduation Cake 🎓
Celebrating a milestone moment for the Year 12 graduates of St Gabriel’s School Castle Hill with a cake worthy of the occasion.
Painstakingly created by Wayne and the team at Cake Mania, this beautiful cake was designed in the school’s corporate colours of blue and sea green; indeed a stunning centrepiece for the celebration.
Made to serve 120 guests, the cake featured a classic sponge with delicious jam and cream filling… and even more impressively, it was Gluten Free and Dairy Free so everyone could enjoy a slice of the celebration.
A truly superb memento to mark the graduation of these wonderful young men and women.

Hey guys! You made a cake for me last week, egg and nut free. I’m anaphylactic to egg and I just want to say the cake was amazing! I’m usually so worried to eat cake due to how severe my allergies are but so nice to be able to trust a place with allergies AND have no reaction.

A recent special celebration reminded us exactly why this means so much; a young boy celebrating his birthday described it as the “best day ever.” 🎂

Cake Mania was incredibly proud to be invited to create this custom “Ambulance” cake in celebration of Dr Dominic Morgan’s remarkable career and retirement as NSW Ambulance Commissioner and Chief Executive.
After 40 years of service on the front line, and a decade leading NSW Ambulance through some of the most challenging times in recent history, this was a truly special tribute to a legacy defined by courage, compassion and dedication.
To have our cake featured in such a heartfelt farewell is something we are genuinely grateful for.
