House-made granola, because breakfast deserves better than out-of-a-box.
Ours is baked with honey + almonds, layered with thick Greek yoghurt, poached pear & seasonal fruit 🍐🍓🍊 finished with a little crunch and available all day at Society Royale.

We’re hitting pause on dinner service while we reset the kitchen and dial things in for winter ❄️
Think: richer, slower, moodier plates… a menu that leans into long nights, good wine and second rounds.
We’ll be back later this month with something worth booking for.

Our halloumi toastie is doing the most — grilled halloumi, sweet roasted onions, capsicum, fennel, green olives, chimichurri & creamy ricotta all melted into perfectly toasted sourdough. It’s salty, herby, rich… and seriously hard to share.
