The small town homies ain’t so small anymore.

Where do we even start? The last few months have been unreal and we haven’t taken a single moment of it for granted. It’s been a huge milestone for us, new faces, fresh energy, new chapters unfolding, but no matter how much things evolve, we’ll never forget where we came from.

From the early days to now, thank you for growing with us, believing in us, and being part of something bigger than we ever imagined.

Dear Hawkesbury,

It’s been a hot minute. As some of you may noticed we’ve been a little quiet on socials since Christmas. Not gone, just deep in the day-to-day of the biz.

2025 was huge for us. Bagel sales doubled. Matcha flew out faster than we could whisk it.

With that growth, we’ve had a little check-in as a team. To look after our people and the space we’ve built, we have decided to close on Mondays. A reset day so the crew can breathe, reset and come back swinging.

After eight years of being open seven days a week, this wasn’t an easy call. Your support has carried us through some dark times and we’re endlessly grateful for it.

This change starts Monday, 9 February 2026 🗓️

Hey gang! Brooklyn and Leah are currently on a short break in Vietnam. With our small team, we’ve decided to temporarily close tomorrow (17 Nov) and next Monday (24 Nov) to give everyone a breather. Thanks so much for your understanding! The team be back from 7am on Tuesday.
