This Winter, we’re introducing Classico — a new way to experience the dining room.
A three-course $90 menu built around choice. From gamberetti, persimmon carpaccio and tuna tartare to Koshihikari risotto, spatchcock and Ligurian braised seafood, it’s a selection that brings together the dishes that have long been part of the kitchen.
Live from tomorrow, available Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, and only available when booked in advance. Our signature two and three course menus remain, but for those who want to settle in and let us take care of it, this is where to start.

At our home this Sunday May 10th, there’ll be golden harbour views and a brunch menu designed specially for the day—an à la carte spread of Bloody Marys and Mimosas, pastries, Sydney Rock oysters, pancakes with maple syrup and cultured butter, chilli scrambled eggs, a Croque Monsieur and Madame, and Umai Caviar atop crisp potato and cultured cream.

HAKKOKU N5—LIMITED TICKETS REMAIN. For his fifth year, world-renowned chef .sato.sushi will journey from his Tokyo restaurant .jp to transform the Icebergs Pacific Dining Room into the world’s best seaside omakase bar. With only six seats in Tokyo and a waitlist stretching to six months, Hakkoku has become one of the most sought-after sushi reservations in the world.
This is one of the most distinctive moments on the Icebergs calendar, and sells out every year. For N5 there will be only six exclusive services, limited to 10 guests per sitting—secure one of the final reservations in our bio.

This Sunday May 10th for Mother’s Day x Icebergs, it’s a family affair. If she’s a morning person, it’s the one time of the year we open early for brunch from 10am, with a Bellini on arrival, a special menu for adults and a separate offering for our junior guests.
Later in the day, lunch and dinner will feature a one-day-only menu created for the occasion, plus a special gift for Mum to take home, courtesy of our friends at .

Option 1: Public Transport
If you're taking public transport, you can take a train to Bondi Junction and then hop onto a bus that goes towards Bondi Beach. Get off at the Bondi Beach bus stop, and it's just a short walk from there.
Option 2: Driving/Parking
If driving to the location, take Newland street ramp which leads into Campbell Parade. Continue straight until you reach Notts Avenue parking area which is right opposite Bondi Icebergs Club.
Both options provide easy access to the bar and italian restaurant as well as the Australian restaurant at Notts Avenue in Bondi.
