Our own Aarush “Baba” Rijal was one of ten finalists at the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Pacific Final this week.
His dish, Charred Wild Boar Neck, Fermented Pumpkin & Bitter Citrus, traces his path from Nepal to Bondi.
Mustard oil, timur, tea and smoke, the flavours of home, presented to a panel of industry legends Karen Martini, Analiese Gregory and Ross Lusted.

Option 1: Public Transport
If you're taking public transport, you can take a train to Bondi Junction and then hop onto a bus that goes towards Bondi Beach. Get off at the Bondi Beach bus stop, and it's just a short walk from there.
Option 2: Driving/Parking
If driving to the location, take Newland street ramp which leads into Campbell Parade. Continue straight until you reach Notts Avenue parking area which is right opposite Bondi Icebergs Club.
Both options provide easy access to the bar and italian restaurant as well as the Australian restaurant at Notts Avenue in Bondi.
