A very surreal moment for me…

A few y̶e̶a̶r̶s̶ weeks ago Butter and Love was just me in my apartment kitchen on weekends hoping a few people might care about my Banoffee Pie.

Now the pies are selling faster than I can make them and I think it’s finally time to admit I can’t keep building this little Empire entirely powered by butter, caffeine and emotional instability. 🫠

So I’m looking for good humans.

People who care deeply.
People who move fast without cutting corners.
People whose standards are higher than “that’ll do”.
People who notice the small things because they know that’s where everything falls apart or comes together.

You might be a baker, a pastry chef, a kitchen hand or just someone who genuinely loves food and wants to be part of building something special from the ground up.

Experience matters. But attitude, pride and attention to detail matter more to me.

I care deeply about doing things properly, even when nobody is watching. If your version of excellence is “that’ll do”, we probably won’t survive each other.

But if you’re passionate, reliable, calm under pressure and excited by the idea of building something really special together, I would genuinely love to hear from you.
