Three new chef's specials have arrived, and they're worth making room for. 🤤
🦪 Spring Bay Mussels – Fresh Spring Bay mussels served in a rich, flavour-packed sauce with warm, crusty bread made for soaking up every last bite.
🐟 Char-Grilled Swordfish – Perfectly char-grilled swordfish steak served with broccolini, buttery fondant potatoes, roasted truss tomatoes and finished with a vibrant romesco sauce.
🍆 Eggplant Lasagne (V) – Layers of grilled eggplant, sweet potato and rich Napolitana sauce between sheets of pasta, served with chips, salad and warm garlic baguette.
