Azul is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team at our Mediterranean waterfront sanctuary, nestled beside the iconic Spit Bridge in Mosman.
Think beautiful waterfront shifts, weddings, events & functions, busy summer weekends and a relaxed, friendly team, all just a 20-minute direct bus from Wynyard.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid bar & cocktail experience (minimum 2 years experience, Australia or Overseas)
- Is confident working a busy bar
- Has weekend availability
- Can cash up, process payments and confidently handle end-of-shift bar procedures
- Brings great energy and genuinely enjoys hospitality

What we offer: competitive pay, free staff meals, no crazy late nights - we close at 10pm, an incredible waterfront setting and a laid-back, welcoming place to work.

What a night 🇲🇦✨!!
Our Moroccan Night was officially SOLD OUT — and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, our incredible chefs for bringing the flavours of Morocco to life, and our entire Azul team for making the night what it was. 💙
Amazing food, a full restaurant, live dance entertainment and such a magical atmosphere by the water.

**Travel Directions to Ferguson's Marina, 83 Parriwi Road, Mosman, Sydney**
**By Public Transport:**
1. **Train:** Take a train to Circular Quay Station.
2. **Ferry:** From Circular Quay, catch the ferry to Mosman Bay. The ferry ride offers scenic views of the harbor.
3. **Bus/Walk:** Once you arrive at Mosman Bay, you can either take a bus (Route 238) towards Spit Junction or enjoy a pleasant walk along the waterfront for about 15-20 minutes.
**By Car:**
1. **From Sydney CBD:** Head north on the Warringah Freeway (M1).
2. **Exit at Military Road:** Follow signs for Military Road and continue until you reach Spit Junction.
3. **Turn onto Spit Road:** Follow Spit Road and then turn left onto Parriwi Road.
4. **Parking:** There is parking available at Ferguson's Marina; look for designated parking areas near the marina.
