Grown by Javier Quintero in Inza, Cauca, this rare find goes through a 30-hour underwater fermentation, then washed and dried to perfection.
- Expect notes of blackberry, butterscotch, and a floral aroma that’ll stop you mid-sip.
- A rare Bourbon Aruzi variety, traced back to Ethiopia, now thriving in Colombia.
- Scoring 88.75, it’s clean, complex, and wildly delicious.

We’ve just dropped our exclusive, limited-release Java Specialty Coffee Beans, straight from the volcanic soils of Santa Monica, Colombia, and nurtured with heart by Jairo Arcila. Think bold flavors of raisin, blueberry, dark chocolate, lime, and a floral finish. These 100% Java beans traveled the globe (Ethiopia ➜ Indonesia ➜ Costa Rica ➜ Colombia) before finding their perfect home in this microlot batch.

Meet Jairo Arcila, a third-generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. With 40 years of experience as a Mill Manager and a lifetime of dedication to his farms, Jairo has poured his heart and soul into crafting the perfect coffee. Today, with guidance from his sons, he grows rare varieties like Pink Bourbon, Java, and our prized Gesha on his beautiful farms.
These Gesha coffee beans are infused with the expertise and heritage of Jairo's journey—an invitation to savor both the flavor and the story behind each bean.
