Celebrating NSW W**es: Winmark x Briar Ridge
Join Winmark W**es, Briar Ridge and Zushi Surry Hills for a one-night-only celebration of NSW w**e and modern Japanese cuisine, created especially for NSW W**e Month.
Begin the evening with Winmark’s elegant Biosis Blanc de Blancs paired with a freshly shucked oyster, before sitting down to a specially curated three-course Japanese menu and dessert, paired with NSW w**es.
Throughout the evening, w**es will be presented side by side, giving guests the opportunity to explore and compare different varieties, regions and w**emaking styles with each course. Discover the vibrant freshness of Briar Ridge Albariño, compare two distinctive expressions of Winmark Chardonnay, before moving into the depth and character of Briar Ridge Shiraz and Malbec with Wagyu. The evening concludes with Briar Ridge Muscat paired with dessert.
Representatives from Winmark and Briar Ridge will guide guests through each tasting, sharing the stories behind the w**es, vineyards and w**emaking, while each Zushi course has been thoughtfully selected to complement the w**es being poured.
An evening of great food, conversation and discovery, celebrating the diversity of NSW w**e alongside the precision and balance of modern Japanese cuisine.
