On Sunday 24th May, James Shin (Russo & Russo) and Min Kang (Six Penny, Mingles Seoul) are taking over the kitchen at Russo & Russo!
Sous Chef Extraordinaire James has been making everything taste delicious at Russo & Russo for almost 5 years now, and has decided to put on a special night with his old friend from Military Service back in Korea.
Min has stopped in Sydney to get western experience on his way to open (Three Michelin Star) Mingles’ first restaurant in Europe. Together they’ve created a special Modern Korean menu for one special night.
Menu will be a shared feast, with bookings though our website. We can happily (and deliciously!) cater to dietary requirements if you let us know when you book.
