We are seeking an experienced and passionate person to join our team at a well-established French restaurant in Baulkham Hills.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys taking ownership on the floor.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting both front and back of house operations.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• Strong bartending knowledge (cocktails, classic drinks, bar service)
• Solid wine knowledge (French wines preferred but not essential)
• Demonstrated top-notch customer service skills
• Ability to manage and guide FOH casual staff
• Willingness to assist the kitchen when necessary
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
