To our cherished patrons of The Runaway Spoon,

It's with mixed emotions that we share the news to you all that after nearly 20 fantastic years, Scott has decided to move on and The Runaway Spoon is changing ownership. To each of you who has made this place special, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

To all of our staff both current & past, we can’t thank you enough for all that you have contributed to both Tablespoon & The Runaway Spoon.

As we say goodbye after nearly two decades of shared laughter, conversations, and delectable moments, Scott and Cassie extend their heartfelt gratitude for being an integral part of this remarkable journey.

As new owners take the reins, we reflect on the countless memories and genuine connections that have defined this space. As we embark on a new journey, we hope that The Runaway Spoon continues to be a place of joy and community for all.

We are searching for a Kitchen hand available 4-5 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include washing dishes, pan etc, general kitchen cleaning and some light food prepping

To get to Tryon Road Lindfield in Sydney via public transport, you can take the train to Lindfield Station and walk towards Tryon Road. The walk should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

If you're driving, you can take the Pacific Highway or Warringah Road and turn onto Tryon Road. There is street parking available, but it may be limited during peak hours.

Alternatively, there are several nearby parking lots, including one on Balfour Street and another on Grosvenor Road. These are paid parking lots, so make sure to bring some change with you.
