What people say

Paragon, located on Loftus Street in Sydney, is a must-visit for anyone looking for a rooftop garden bar with a fresh menu and classic cocktails. The atmosphere is unbeatable, especially during the VIVID festival when the surrounding lights create a magical ambiance. The food specials are delicious and include options such as the Pan Roasted Snapper Fillet with creamy mash, broccolini, lemon, caper & parsley butter or the Prosciutto Pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fior di latte cheese, parmesan, rocket and extra virgin olive oil. For breakfast lovers, Paragon offers two champion options: the Deluxe Roll with double smoked bacon, two fried eggs, American cheese, caramelised onion and bbq aioli on toasted ciabatta or the Vego Brekkie Roll with roasted mushroom, caramelised onion, capsicum jam and truffle aioli on toasted ciabatta. Both come with your choice of soft drink or house beer. The open-roof terrace provides an oasis in the centre of Sydney's bustling cityscape where you can enjoy entertainment under the stars while sipping on your favourite drink. Overall, Paragon is a fantastic spot to unwind after work or to spend time with friends over great food and drinks.
