We are so lucky to have such loyal customers who all made contact after lock down and turned the back end of the year into one of the busiest we've ever seen. We can't thank you all enough for your support, not just over this year but the last 2 years.
From postponed birthdays to Christmas parties and weddings. The last few months have been crazy and we wouldn't have it any other way. We take great pleasure in delivering quality, fresh food and bringing smiles to our clients faces (and filling hungry bellies).
Here's to a great 2022.

So excited to be getting back into work again.
Bookings coming in every day which is awesome.
On Sunday we had the pleasure of spending the day with the members of Sinclair Ford Mustang Members Garage for a day at the Polo organised by Unique Motoring Events.
It was a beautiful day out and so great to finally catch up with everyone after the craziness of the last 18 months.

We have been a little quiet on our socials lately but we have definitely not been quiet in the kitchen. With all the changes to gatherings we have had to adjust, as have our customers. Corporate meetings have taken to ordering individually packaged lunches with a roll/sandwich/wrap occompanied by sweets and savouries. We had the pleasure of providing 250 boxes for a very special graduation that was held in small groups through out the day to abide by social distancing regulations.

Tonight the Pepperberry Catering family had a night off and with that we made the decision to eat out. Off we went to our favourite chinese restaurant, Happy Inn Penrith. By now everyone has heard about the Corona Virus and probably thought it won't affect me. Well your right it probably won't affect you, but guess what, it is having an impact on our local small businesses. People are eating out less, worried about exposure to people who may have travelled overseas.
Please know that our local businesses need our support and that they are taking action to ensure your health also. Even if it means not having staff work for 2 weeks on their return to Australia.
Thanks to Vince and your team for dinner, it was delicious as always. 🥠🥠

What a crazy time of year. With weddings, Christmas parties, sandwich boxes, anti pasto boxes, cheese boards, then all the usual corporate gigs, plus more weddings we have been flat out.
If you are looking for catering between now and christmas, our availabilities are few and far between so get in quick.

So the kids probably finished school yesterday afternoon and everyone came home relieved that they have a break and there's no panic about getting uniforms washed for Monday.
