The Cricketers crew took to the water for yesterday's Balmain Regatta Pub Challenge!
A little friendly rivalry between Balmain's pubs, plenty of sunshine, a few b**rs and a cracking day out on Sydney Harbour.

THROWBACK THURSDAY 🍻
Every good pub has a heart, and ours is the Public Bar.
She started as little more than a shell, but we brought her to life. A place for locals to pull up a stool, have a b**r, chew the fat and watch the world go by.

To reach the pub and restaurant on Darling Street in Balmain, you can take public transportation or drive.
If you prefer taking public transportation, you can take the bus, ferry or metro to Balmain East or Balmain Wharf stop. From there, walk towards Darling Street and turn left (if coming from Balmain East) or right (if coming from Balmain Wharf). You should see the pub and restaurant after walking for a few minutes.
For drivers, take Victoria Road heading towards Balmain and continue onto Darling Street. Turn left onto Beattie Street then right onto Denison Street. Continue straight on this road until you reach the pub and restaurant on your left-hand side. There is limited street parking available but there is also a paid parking lot at Gladstone Park nearby.
