⏰ TICK… TOCK…
A golden chicken croquette with tarragon, mustard & truffle. Crocodile fat aioli lurking alongside.
Inspired by the clock-swallowing crocodile from Peter Pan, this bite is playful, nostalgic and just a little dangerous.
The question is…will you eat it before it eats you?

A sweet expression of Native Australia 🌿
Our Lemon Aspen Pavlova is a tribute to one of Australia’s most vibrant native ingredients — bright, aromatic and beautifully balanced.
Honey meringue meets jasmine tea & honey milk crémeux, paired with a refreshing lemon aspen yoghurt sorbet. Finished with toasted malted milk and meringue powder, a honey–lemon aspen gel and delicate marigold.
This dish is part of our Native Australia menu — a journey through ingredients that are uniquely ours, reimagined through NEL’s lens.
Discover flavours you may not have tasted before, but won’t forget.

Did someone order pizza?
Chef Nelly is at it again. This time, his muse - Fast Food. He’s taking iconic fast food items like Margherita Pizza, Thai Red Curry, Cheeseburgers & Donuts and turning them into Fine Fast Food. It’s experimental, gastronomic and overall a bit of fun.
Who doesn’t love fast food? Why not reimagine it.
