Tonight we’re taking a trip to Italy… without leaving Gregory Hills!
I’m checking out The Gelato Laboratorio, and straight away you can see this isn’t your average ice cream.
Impossible to choose just one flavour.
I went for 1 scope of Oreo. Yes that’s 1 scope. It looks like 3. smooth, creamy and packed with that unmistakable Oreo flavour and crunchy cookie pieces. You can taste the quality
Finishing it off with their tiramisu special. It’s a special fit for fine dinging. Served in a wafer cup. smooth, creamy, rich and loaded with those classic coffee and mascarpone vibes. Proper dessert in gelato form!

What a night it was… and what an incredible community!
We had an absolute blast serving up our fresh gelato made right in front of everyone!
The atmosphere was unreal — amazing food, music, families, laughter and so many people coming together to enjoy an incredible night. 🙌
A massive THANK YOU to Campbelltown City Council for having The Gelato Laboratorio be part of such a fantastic community event, and an even bigger thank you to everyone who came by, had a laugh with us and enjoyed our gelato! 🍨❤️
