From the moment you walked in, it was clear that this was no ordinary event. Every little detail was carefully thought out, every element beautifully executed, and the entire setup was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! ✨
A special mention to the incredible Mrs. H whose vision, creativity and attention to detail brought everything together so perfectly. What an incredible job! 👏🤍
We were honoured to be part of such a beautiful occasion, having our fresh Italian gelato in beautiful, fresh oranges 🍊🍨 — a unique little touch that complemented the elegance and sophistication of the event.
This event was the true definition of QUALITY, EFFORT & ATTENTION TO DETAIL! 🌟

🇷🇸 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DAY AT ST SAVA! 🇷🇸❤️
What an honour it was to be part of such a special celebration, welcoming His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch all the way from Serbia! 🇷🇸
A day filled with amazing food, traditional dancing, laughter, happiness and an incredible sense of community! 🎶💃🍨
The atmosphere was absolutely electric, and seeing everyone come together to celebrate their culture, faith and traditions was truly something special.
What a community, what an atmosphere, and what an unforgettable experience! ❤️
A huge thank you to St Sava College St Sava College for inviting The Gelato Laboratorio to be part of this wonderful occasion. We absolutely loved every minute of it!

Tonight we’re taking a trip to Italy… without leaving Gregory Hills!
I’m checking out The Gelato Laboratorio, and straight away you can see this isn’t your average ice cream.
Impossible to choose just one flavour.
I went for 1 scope of Oreo. Yes that’s 1 scope. It looks like 3. smooth, creamy and packed with that unmistakable Oreo flavour and crunchy cookie pieces. You can taste the quality
Finishing it off with their tiramisu special. It’s a special fit for fine dinging. Served in a wafer cup. smooth, creamy, rich and loaded with those classic coffee and mascarpone vibes. Proper dessert in gelato form!

What a night it was… and what an incredible community!
We had an absolute blast serving up our fresh gelato made right in front of everyone!
The atmosphere was unreal — amazing food, music, families, laughter and so many people coming together to enjoy an incredible night. 🙌
