Harry here from The Brothers Fish Market. One question I get asked every single day is simple: what’s the best way to cook your fish?
Truth is, you don’t need to overthink it. A little oil in the pan, a light dusting of seasoning or flour, four minutes each side, pop a lid on to speed things up… and that’s it.
Golden, tender, perfectly cooked fish, ready to serve with chips, salad, or veggies.
Fresh fish doesn’t need much. Just quality seafood and a simple method that never fails.
And if you’d rather let us do the cooking, your fish is always ready and waiting here at The Brothers.

This takes us back to the late ‘80s — that’s Harry's Dad (Con) and super filleter George Verdos working through a mountain of baby shark fillets. Back then, this was the fish for all our fish & chips. That’s a lot of fish and chips if you ask us 😂🐟🍟
