We’ve just launched Australia St. Dinners, a series of one-night-only dinners at Osteria Mucca.
Our first, The Whole Tuna, sold out from one email before we even posted it here. So we’ve added another night.
MISTER GROTTO: THE WHOLE TUNA

Måns works directly with FMC fisheries, a fifth-generation fishing family in Ulladulla, who’ll be supplying the tuna for the night.
He’ll use one whole tuna from end to end, from belly rösti and sashimi to merguez-style tuna sausage and spice-crusted tuna chateaubriand. We won’t know exactly which tuna until closer to the night. It all comes down to what FMC catch and what’s at its best.
JOE’S TAVERN: THE FRENCH LEGENDS, PART 1

Elvis takes on iconic dishes from the chefs who have influenced him throughout his career, from Troisgros and Pierre Koffmann to Escoffier and Michel Bras, with Anthony Bourdain’s much-loved mortadella sandwich in there too.
One night was never going to be enough to cover the French legends, so this is Part 1.

Our upstairs dining rooms are perfect for this cooler weather.
Warm and homely, the kind of space where you settle in with our Bistro Menu: steak tartare and soft egg yolk with charcuterie jam, roast pork neck pastrami, fish of the day or stuffed lamb belly with merguez, and flan in a can.
It's a lovely spot for a group too.
