A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of creating this cake to celebrate egg farmers of Australia 10 year anniversary.

What a concept it was, the conversation literally started with can you make me a giant egg cake ?
I laughed and said I absolutely can! I love the novelty behind the cake but still leaving room for sophistication with the added logos and details.
