A 90th, 5th, 50th and 70th. All special birthdays celebrated this week with custom cakes made just for them 🎂

~ Blue cake with matching cupcakes was a vanilla cake with strawberry jam
~ Purple, pink and blue was a chocolate cake and later had a KPop Demon Hunters topper added by customer.
~ Classic chocolate mud
~ Orange and poppyseed

We'll be open ANZAC day morning from 7-10:30 for coffee and cold drinks, ANZAC biscuits and cake. The kitchen will be closed.

Open regular hours with regular menu on Sunday.

Actors do method acting, I did method decorating when putting this custom cake together and listened to The Little Mermaid sound track on repeat. I think it worked 😂

Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by during our 10th anniversary week! It's time to draw the winners of our lucky prize draw! The video is a little long so in summary the winners are below. It's our 10th birthday and we are celebrating all week 🥳

To say thank you to the community for supporting us we have some fun things planned. A visit this week earns you an entry into our lucky prize draw (drawn on Sunday) with gift vouchers, Fressko coffee cups and free coffees up for grabs. A colouring in comp for the kids as we know that the colouring in table is a hit and also daily free coffees for those lucky enough to score their coffee in a birthday cup that are hidden throughout the stack. So come say high and join in the festivities 👋

Our biggest custom cake order for 2025! The making of a tiramisu cake, for a wedding back in November, to feed 120 guests. To say I wasn't nervous would be lie as I wasn't sure how exactly I'd make it happen with both fridge space and still baking for the cafe counter for a weekend, but I did it!

Here's hours of work condensed to 40 seconds 🙃

The final product was 2 larger slabs and 1 smaller. 1 of the larger was presented and cut in front of guests and the others cut in the kitchen.

To reach Truman Avenue Cromer in Sydney via public transport, take the train to Cromer Station and then transfer to the 184 bus towards Dee Why. Get off at the Truman Avenue stop and walk a few minutes to your destination.
