Marius recently worked for a national coffee company and was responsible for barista training across NSW, Victoria, and Queensland.
John "Bobby" Beullens is the other half of this formidable "Beullens Brother" team who has recently returned from Japan after a successful 15-year stint that included starting up two highly successful small bars, consulting for several major international firms entering the Japanese marketplace, and being instrumental in building a cross-cultural international brand.
In the engine room "out back," Catalina "Cat" de la Fuente brings her wealth of gastronomy knowledge that includes banquet preparation, catering, and event management in Chile.
