Everything tastes better cooked over fire 🔥
Our Mibrasa oven is responsible for the smoky flavour in our salmon, the crust on our steaks and the finishing touch on our Fish Pie.
Simple, honest food that you'll want to enjoy again and again.

Seafood chowder has returned for winter. Made from scratch with herbs, garlic and a little spice, our chowder is packed with seafood, sweet corn and buttery salmon, finished with crispy bacon and lemon zest.
Exactly what winter ordered. Come warm ya cockles at the Bear!

We're very happy to welcome back Nan's Mulled Wine for winter. A family recipe passed down through generations and shared with us by Jane, our former restaurant manager.
Perfect with our Fish Pie or Sicilian Fish Stew.

We take winter dining seriously. No shivering through dinner, our outdoor area is heated and ready for the cosy season.
Add a glass of red, a bowl of chowder, some good company and you're set.

Have you tried the Tuna Tostadas yet?
Raw tuna, avocado, jalapeño and oyster sesame dressing over crispy tortillas. Fresh, crunchy and one of those plates that disappears from the table pretty quickly.

Starters at Salmon & Bear are made for sharing across the table.
Warm sourdough, salmon crudo, sizzling garlic prawns, calamari straight from the fryer and a few smaller plates to start things properly before the grill takes over.

Not everything coming off the Mibrasa is steak or seafood.
Our cauliflower steak picks up the same smoky char from the grill, finished crisp on the outside and full of flavour all the way through.
