NEW HEALTHY MEALS PLAN MENU!

Hey guys, Grills on Wills healthy meal plans are back again for another week of fresh, tasty home cooked meals.
For new customers here is a little bit of information on our meals:
* All meals are made fresh on site every Monday for a Monday afternoon pick up!
* Each meal contains 100-120g of a cooked protein alongside a load of fresh vegetables and some carbs.
* We put out our NEW MENU every Thursday for the following week.
* We also provide healthy snack option
* All our food is delivered fresh using only the best ingredients to ensure all meals are fresh, full of flavour and tasty.

NEXT WEEKS HEALTHY MEAL PLANS

1. Honey and soy chicken breast served with a Singapore noodle salad, steamed Asian greens and loaded with fresh vegetables and herbs.
2. Chilli and garlic baked Atlantic salmon served with yellow rice, edamame, pickled onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and sesame seeds.
3. Mexican style beef nachos. Served with sweet potato fries instead of corn chips, sour cream, homemade guacamole, black beans, pico de gallo, lime and topped with coriander.

Meals are $13 each, add double protein for an additional $6.

1. PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE BOWL served with overnight oats, blueberries and strawberry’s.
2. GREEK YOGURT served with fresh strawberries, blueberries, granola and raw honey.
3. PROTEIN BANANA AND BISCOFF overnight oats bowl with banana and strawberries.

$10 each!!

1. Homemade lamb koftas cooked on the BBQ with char grilled zucchini and eggplant. Topped with roquette and a side of tzatziki.
2. Beef rump cap marinated in a barbecue rub and cooked on our rotisserie. Served with roasted sweet potato, roasted onion and roasted Brussel sprouts. Topped with chimmichuri.
3. Skin on chicken thigh grilled and then cooked in a chicken broth. Served with cheesy boiled potatoes and honey roasted carrots.
