Alongside our original poached chicken soba noodle, there’s now a second option with a stronger Asian influence — think roasted seaweed, edamame beans, sesame seeds, and our signature sauce bringing everything together.
Same comforting base, two very different directions. One classic, one with a deeper umami hit — both built around tender poached chicken and perfectly chilled soba noodles.

For instance, the tamarind dressing served with grilled salmon cuts through the richness of the fish while the lemon honey mustard dressing works perfectly well with the Healthy Salad.
