Cronulla born and bred, Erinās basically part of the furniture at Blackwood by now, in the best way of course š«¶š¼
Three years in and sheās done it all: Supervisor, barista, host, resident TikTok star, you name it, sheās probably covered that shift no-one wanted too. She studied Business at uni, but loves to show up on the dance floor (jazz and hip hop, to be exact!).
Order-wise, itās an iced milo on the daily, or a cheeky Savvy B if itās the weekend. Ask whatās on her plate and itās most of the time the Truffle Chilli Scramble Eggs.
What she loves most about the job isnāt really the job. Itās clocking in and seeing familiar faces from the Shire walk through the door, the kind of community you just donāt find everywhere.
Thatās Erin for you š¤

This is Robin, one of the familiar faces behind the coffee machine at Blackwood Cronulla āļø
Three years in and he still knows exactly what he likes: a strong oat latte, a Caesar Schnitzel Sando or the classic Smashed Avo with poached eggs and smoked salmon.
Recently swapping some of his free time for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu too. Weād say heās keeping busy.
Next time youāre in, make sure to say hey to Robin!
