Dear all,
Thank you so much for your support and kindness over the past 13 years at Hungry Baker Parramatta. Without your loyalty and continued visits, we would not have been able to overcome those challenging times.
I truly hope that in the next ten or even twenty years, we will still have the pleasure of seeing you here, continuing to serve you with the finest service and delicious, affordable food.
Over the past while, we’ve received some feedbacks from our customers. I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize to those who were not fully satisfied with our service.
I am sorry that we can not sell 3 pieces of ham for $1.
I am sorry that we can not price match Woolworth.
I am sorry for the customer who bring a raw chicken Schnitzel and ask us to cook for you and my team said no we can not help.
I am sorry for the customer who forgot bring the dressing from home and ask for more free salad dressing.
I am sorry for the customer you have a $2 per person budget for catering request that we have to say no to you.
I am sorry that my finance situation do not allow me to own the whole building that can give you free food / 50% off / free kitchen service because of you working in the same building as us.
I am sorry that I can not sell a bottle of water for 50 cent because of you forgot bring your water bottle.
I am sorry for the customer who ask for 10 tomato sauce and we can not give to you.
I am sorry that we can not refund your money after you ordered an egg on toast we have done it then you told us you are vegan.
I am sorry that we had to ask you to leave, but you requested a free cup of hot water, brought your own tea bag, and stayed for two hours while also charging your phone and laptop without of buy anything.
There are many things we still need to apologize for, as it is impossible for us to meet every single request from all of our customers. However, we will continue to strengthen our team management and do our very best to meet your needs whenever possible. Thank you all for your understanding and support. 🙏💛
