We are so lucky and privileged to host Australian rock royalty here at the The Bridge Hotel 🎸 This weekend we welcomed the legendary TheAngels back to our stage, celebrating 50 Years of Am I Ever Going to See Your Face Again. 2 MASSIVE SOLD OUT SHOWS. It was, hot, it was sweaty, it was loud, it was BLOODY FANTASTIC! A HUGE thank you to THE ANGELS, Disgraceland Value Audio the crew, staff & security but most of ALL - THANK YOU, SYDNEY for buying a ticket & coming to the show. PUB ROCK LIVES at THE BRIDGE! The Bridge Hotel on Victoria Road in Sydney is a must-visit destination for anyone who loves live music and entertainment. This premier pub has been supporting live music for over 35 years, making it the longest running entertainment venue in the city. The emphasis on blues and roots music has attracted numerous international touring acts from all over the world, including blues outfits from the Mississippi Delta, Zydeco bands from New Orleans, Cajun and Creole bands from Louisiana, West Coast Jump Jive outfits, Texas bar bands, Country legends from Nashville, Southern Soul artists from Memphis, guitar-flavored Chicago acts, New York-based blues and jazz acts, drum and beat based acts from the African Continent to our own local grown rock, pop and roots acts.
The Bridge Hotel has a big mix of blues, pop, rock, jazz, country, electronica & rockabilly from Australia & the world! Local band The Hippos became the resident band soon playing every Friday, Saturday and Sunday with their infectious rhythm and blues that had the whole pub a dance floor. Country rock and blues band Chasin The Train also began playing regularly along with many other acts who became resident or regular performers such as The Mighty Reapers and The Foreday Riders.
