Our (very belated) Christmas Party ❤️
We were simply too busy during the real Christmas period, so here we are in March finally taking a moment to celebrate together.
What a year it has been. Record numbers, thousands of coffees, a tiny kitchen somehow producing magic every single day, and a team that continues to show up with care, humour and dedication no matter how busy things get. None of it happens without the people behind it.

As many of you know, our neighbours at Habibay are taking a well-deserved break for the next three months.
They have always been the place on Plumer Street for beautiful, fresh produce, and while they are away, we did not want our community to go without.
So for the next little while, we will be preparing a Seasonal Veg and Fruit Box from Bitton Rose Bay.
Carefully selected. Fresh. Simple.
The kind of produce we love cooking with ourselves.
How it works:
• Orders open each Monday for that week’s box
• Cut off for ordering is Thursday, 3 pm
• Pick up Friday between 12 pm and 5 pm
• Collection only from Bitton Rose Bay
Each box is available for pick up only. Please note that shipping is not available; all orders must be collected on Friday during pick-up hours.

Hi everyone,
I have seen the recent news regarding Bitton Alexandria’s closure.
As many of you know, Sohani and I sold the business in June last year after 25 beautiful, intense and unforgettable years. Since then, the restaurant has been entirely operated by the new owners and we have had no involvement in the day to day running of the business.
Alexandria was a huge part of our lives. Our children grew up there. Thousands of memories were created within those walls. So of course, seeing the doors closed is emotional for us.
To our loyal customers, thank you.
For 25 years of support, love and community.
Alexandria was never just a café. It was a meeting place. A little in between space between home and work. It was where connections were made, friendships were formed, and yes even a few romances began. That feeling of belonging is what we built together and that will always remain.
Hospitality is not for the faint hearted. Behind every café door are people doing their best.
Bitton continues at Rose Bay, and we remain committed to the same values that built the brand — quality, consistency and heart.

I remember unlocking the doors to Bitton Rose Bay for the very first time…
Five weeks later, the pandemic arrived and the world changed overnight.
There were moments of real uncertainty. Quiet dining rooms. Hard conversations. Reinventing ourselves week by week just to keep the lights on.
But there was also resilience. Loyalty. Community.
We cooked. We packed takeaway bags. We stood behind the coffee machine. We adapted. And you stood with us.
Watching this community support us through the most difficult period our industry has faced is something I will never forget.
This restaurant is not just bricks and tiles and a beautiful corner on Plumer Road. It is people. It is heart. It is family.
Merci Rose Bay for believing in us then, and for continuing to walk through our doors now.

To reach Copeland Street in Sydney, you can take public transport via the train and bus combination or drive your own car. If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch a train to Green Square Station and then walk for around 15 minutes or take a bus from the station that stops at Copeland Street.
If driving, from the city center head south on the Southern Cross Drive to South Dowling Street exit. Merge onto South Dowling Street and turn left onto Danks St. After approximately 800 meters turn right onto Copeland St. There is limited street parking available in the area but there are also several nearby paid parking lots available.
Once you arrive at your destination, you will find a French restaurant and cafe where you can enjoy some delicious food and drinks with an exceptional ambiance.
