Our newest addition to the Popi’s Souvla family has officially arrived… and this one is extra special because it’s Seth’s! 🥹❤️
Now the fun begins… time to paint her, fit her out and turn her into exactly what Seth has been imagining!
As a mum, there’s nothing better than watching your kids work hard and then seeing them take that next step and create something of their own.
Seth has 8 years of barista experience behind him, so he definitely knows his coffee… and I may be a little biased 😂 but I know he’s going to absolutely smash this! ☕️🔥
Soon you won’t just be able to grab your favourite Popi’s Souvla at the festivals… you’ll be able to grab an amazing coffee too!
So incredibly proud of you Seth and SO excited to watch this next chapter begin. ❤️

3:00am wake-up. ⏰
While most of the world is still asleep, our day is already well underway.
By 4:00am, we're at the markets hand-picking the freshest produce for Popi's Souvla. Every tomato, every cucumber, every lettuce is carefully selected because we believe great food starts with great ingredients.
People often see the finished product at our festivals, but they don't always see the early mornings, the long hours, the preparation, or the commitment that goes into every meal we serve.
It's not always easy, but it's worth it when we see the smiles on your faces and hear how much you love our food.

We're so excited to introduce the newest addition to our BBQ setup – our brand new souvlaki charcoal BBQ! 🇬🇷🔥
That means even more of the authentic Greek flavours you know and love, cooked fresh over charcoal and served with plenty of love.
Come and be among the first to experience it this weekend at the Cronulla Winter Festival at Don Lucas Reserve.

🇨🇾 Festival season is almost here... and we couldn't be more excited! 🥙🍷
Over the past few weeks we've been busy behind the scenes, and we're thrilled to share that Popi's Souvla has now booked 11 Food & Wine Festivals from late July through to mid-November!
It's going to be a busy few months, and we honestly can't wait.
If you love authentic Greek food, live music, great wine, and a fun day out with family and friends, you'll definitely want to keep an eye on this page.

Popi's Souvla is bringing the taste of Greece to the St Ives Rotary Food & Wine Festival this Sunday! 🇬🇷✨

To reach the location by public transport, take the nearest train or bus to the city center and then switch to a local bus or tram that runs towards the southeast end of the city. Disembark at the last stop and follow the signs to the street where this food stall is located.
For those who prefer driving, take Exit 15A from Highway A5 and continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach a roundabout. Take the third exit onto Main Street, then turn left onto West End Road. Continue for another mile and look for a parking space in one of the nearby car parks.
