You guys love our pastrami so much, we’ve made another dish with it 😆. It’s simple but effective, our delicious skin on fries, loaded up with finally cut pastrami, with a simple but tangy sauce to finish it all off. Limited stock available every day, make sure you come give it a go.

It’s Brisky Business opening up a tiny little sandwich shop but someone has to do it 😂. Loving this sandwich, such a throwback to my old 2HB days, but with the freshness and flavour profile of Indies. Chuck a cold brew in there and we’re having a banging good time in Narrabeen.

Match made in heaven. Honestly love this combo. Sweet and slightly bitter, caramel-y almost. Just something that linger after every sip. Make sure you give it a good mix before hooking in. Or don’t and enjoy a touch of freshness before going sweet. Your choice 🫶

Okay so 2 weeks in. A lot of learning. And a bit of burnout. Tbh, that smoker is going every minute of the week and I might need to fix up the trading hours while we work towards a bit more of sustainability. Honestly kills me, but we are still figuring out the team and that means I gotta do this for a bit. New trading hours - Clinton.

Hands up if you felt like service went well today 🙋. After a crazy week last week we had a couple days to recover and work through a couple key things. Ship felt righted today, and I hope you all felt the same ❤️. Also, pictured are our melts. Try that shii out because it is just as good as our sandos 👀

Big. Massive. Overwhelming. Incredible. Learning. Tweaking. Loving. Cooking (lots). Prepping. Planning. Learning again. Humbled. Grateful. Pinching myself.

I can’t put emotions or words together in a full sentence, it’s been such a massive week. We’re finding our feet, and you guys are making us learn quick. But we feel like we are giving everything, everyday. The smoker has been cooking non-stop, and it’s been like Groundhog Day peeling eggs. Honestly, could not be more humbled and grateful for all of you coming past. This has been special. We’ve been recognised in so many ways. HOWEVER. We know it’s been bumpy at points. And for that, we are sorry. It’s a small space, and you guys have been kind enough to come out in masses. We are going to keep pushing to be better, to take on bigger challenges. We will get this place humming along doing our best. Thank you.

Public Transport: Take the L90 bus towards Palm Beach and get off at the Narrabeen Beach stop. From there, walk west on Pittwater Road for approximately 5 minutes until you reach the restaurants.

Driving/Parking: Take Pittwater Road northbound and continue straight until you reach the restaurants, which will be on your left-hand side. There is street parking available in front of the restaurants as well as a parking lot across the street.
